Patient Service Center (Quick-PSC®)
Quick-PSC® (Patient Service Center) allows draw station personnel to efficiently access and update requisitions for patients that present for specimen collection so the laboratory can complete the provider requested service. The requisition can be created from a manual script or the orders can be conveniently and securely accessed from the Internet when placed at the provider’s office.
All patient information is verified to ensure proper billing and, if requested, an on-demand bill can be generated for the patient. Collection information is documented and medical necessity is performed so an ABN can be printed for patient review and signature, if required.
