TELCOR Outreach Information System® v11.3.0
Lincoln, Nebraska October 15, 2007 - TELCOR Inc announces the release of version 11.3.0.0 of the Billing Information System. This version was directed to specific enhancements requested by our users, and includes:
- Ability to maintain diagnosis history by patient account and date of service to be used to automatically apply diagnosis to charges when the LIS does not support diagnosis entry.
- Variable claims place of service processing for pathology and radiology operations.
- Ability to include specific test results on printed and electronic claims submissions.
- Enhanced rules processing for credits - if a credit cannot process automatically to an existing charge, the user can configure it to be placed in the Error Workqueue for further investigation.
- Diagnosis search optimized to allow review and copy of diagnosis codes applied to other procedures for the same patient and date of service.
- Compliance Statistics, which reports the number and type of errors processed for clients, now includes statistics by ordering provider to easily determine if a particular provider is responsible for errors.
- Error Workqueue search enhanced to find errors which are close to the timely claim filing days defined per payer.
- General Ledger reporting can be defined by department in addition to financial class categories.
