TELCOR to Host OIS User Group Meeting in September
Lincoln, Nebraska – August 19, 2009 – The 2009 TELCOR Outreach Information System® (OIS®) User Group meeting will be held in Lincoln, Nebraska, September 21-22, 2009. The purpose of this meeting is to provide helpful tips for how TELCOR’s customers can better maximize their systems, provide input and feedback regarding future developments of the system and create valuable connections with other OIS users.
The agenda this year includes a great line-up of presentations from lab professionals who have used the system and understand the challenges faced by labs as they try to streamline their billing process. Topics range from the challenges smaller labs face to pathology billing to how to approach the nursing home market. In addition to the presentations, there will be several sessions that will allow for interaction among all of the attendees to share ideas and experiences and discuss some of their challenges in more detail. This meeting also provides an opportunity for TELCOR to share its plans for the future as well as to receive feedback from its customers regarding their priorities and requirements for product enhancements. The features released in new product versions are primarily driving by customer suggestions.
This is the second year TELCOR has hosted the OIS User Group meeting. The event will kick off with some networking events Sunday afternoon, and the meeting will run all day Monday, September 20 and until noon on Tuesday, September 21.
